Delivery Policy

 

1. Delivery Time

All orders received will be processed as soon as possible. Regarding the service time, district and other information, please refer to this link: https://mydhl.express.dhl/hk/en/ship/delivery-services.html. Subject to different products, please allow extra time for frame with lenses. Please note that the delivery times depend on DHL Express.

 

2. Delivery Cost

All orders are delivered by DHL Express. Total delivery costs will be shown on the order details before check out and the order confirmation.

Deliveries cannot be made to P.O. boxes. Deliveries cannot be made to locations where delivery services are limited by DHL Express.

 

3. Printed Sales Memo

A printed Sales Memo will be enclosed in the product and delivery to you. Please keep the original Sales Memo for exchange of a product. If you do not receive the printed Sales Memo, please contact us by clicking "Help" button (Zendesk) and submitting your request within 7 days (from the date when delivery was signed and received) and you will be required to provide the order confirmation of your purchase of product. Upon receiving the email confirmation of your purchase of product, we will send you the re-issued Sales Memo by email within 7 days.
